The HP Pro Book 445 G10 does not have a Thunderbolt port so I would say no it does not work. Since the Thunderbolt port looks similar to the USB-C port, you could think it works. But you have to pay attention to the sign on the cable Lightning equals Thunderbolt. Here are the two links to the laptop and the docking station.
