Is this device suitable for use with a pair of Teufel Ultima40 speakers?
I've just realised that this might not be the right reciever for me after all... unfortunately, this amplifier only has chinch inputs... since I also want to use the device for the sound output of my swisscom tv, the device should at least have an optical input... what a pity...
would anyone know of a device right now?
Definitive.
Hi Corennight,
the device supports the following inputs and outputs: analogue audio input (4), phono input (1), headphone output (1) For more information, please contact the manufacturer.
Sony Europe
Basically, this should be fine. The receiver delivers 100 watts per channel at 8 ohms and should be ok for medium to neighbouring loud volumes. Whether this receiver is suitable for your Teufel depends on your requirements. If you're looking for a good budget option with top connections (it has phono stage and Bluetooth), then you're well served here. If you want to get the most out of your Teufel and benefit from 3-way sound, then I'd look at something else.
Yes, absolutely! The amplifier is great. Also in price
Moin, I use the Presonus Eris 5 BT 2nd Gen Active Studio Monitor Pair, active/passive speakers with Bluetooth and I have to say, fits perfectly and great sound!
Hi, we have JBL speakers connected, the acoustics are good - for higher quality speakers I would seek advice from a hifi centre before you get annoyed later.
I have never listened to those speakers. They are three-way with a rather low sensitivity. They are set up for bi-wiring...I don't know...I think they are a rather difficult load. The Sony sounds very good, detailed and has good dynamics. But I would recommend connecting high efficiency speakers. 90dbm or more,6ohm
Hardly for the devil :-). It probably depends on the required output power. Why shouldn't it work?
