Is this cooler sufficient for Intel Core i5 7600K BOX (LGA 1151, 3.80GHz, Unlocked)? How do you know if a cooler is sufficient for a particular CPU?

The answer from "Anonymous" is, of course, total cheese. This cooler is also sufficient for simple overclocking. My I5 6490k runs at 4.2-4.4Ghz with good cooling paste. Of course it gets a bit warmer at max load. Just give it a try. However, it should not be permanently above 85 degrees during the stress test.
