Your question is difficult to answer directly.
In my case, I bought the part for an iPad Air 2 from 2014.
This has the following dimensions:
Height: 240 mm
Width: 169.5 mm
Depth: 6.1 mm

Display:
Retina Display
9.7" Multi-Touch widescreen display with LED backlight and IPS technology (24.63 cm diagonal)
Resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels at 264 ppi

Google the dimensions of your iPad on the Internet and compare them with the dimensions of my iPad.
