Question about ASUS ROG Strix X570-I Gaming
Is this card compatible with a ryzen 7 5800x and my current DDR 4 3200 MHz RAM?

Of course, a 5800X will work on this motherboard. It's in the Asus list.
The RAM also works if the corresponding XMP profile (or DOP profile) is loaded in the BIOS.

As for RAM yes, but only if you overclock the card and use Non-ECC, Un-buffered MHz RAM. I advise you to look at the compatibility lists available on the Asus website to be 100% sure. :)
