Is this cable POE capable? If yes : Are all ordinary network cables POE capable (copper cross-section, voltage drop over 30 m) ?

Good day.
I used this cable to use a surveillance camera via POE power supply and it worked.

Yes, all UTP cable are PoE compatible. Either you buy a PoE injector or a PoE switch to make it work. As per experience, most UTP cables work at a distance of 70 meters before it starts dropping the signal. However, if your UTP cable is for outdoor and pure copper maybe it could reach to a 100.
