Question about MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Pro Carbon

Is this board already compatible with the Intel Core i5-9600K and the Crucial 64GB Kit DDR4 2666 MT/s 32GBx2 UDIMM 288pin CL22 set? According to MSI, the Z390 boards should now support 128GB RAM, but only after a BIOS update. Of course, it would be important to know whether this is necessary or whether it should already work, because otherwise a smaller RAM bar would be necessary to use the part at all ;-)
