Yes, as far as I know you can install a radiator on the left side.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by 466mm. 3x140mm fans? According to Lian-Li, they _don't_ fit. See https://lian-li.com/product...
I have 2 360s in mine, 45mm thick on top, 25 on the right. It gets pretty tight at the bottom with a vertical GPU, the problem for me would be the USB3 cable with a stick. It might look better with a horizontal GPU.
