Is there room when I install the "Corsair H100i RGB Platinum" on top of the "ASUS ROG Strix B450-E" motherboard?

It only has room if your RAM has the "standard" height. If the RAM is too high, the radiator will touch the RAM. I had the same problem with my enclosure and if you install the radiator at the front, only short graphics cards will fit, so both can only be achieved with compromises.
