Is there not even a delivery date from the manufacturer? Does he himself not know when the CPUs will be produced or where his delivery is? For me this is a very special thing. He does give a date, but the accuracy is more likely to be +-4 months.

Everyone should have received their CPU by the end of January. I also ordered an iPhone a year ago in mid-October and everyone had to wait until the end of January for it. It's not that no CPUs are being produced - they are already on their way. The only question is why it takes so long for them to arrive. Nobody likes to wait, especially when there are no exact delivery dates.
There is no need to wait until February if AMD has officially confirmed that it has increased production.
