Question about Graef universal cutter
Is there continuous operation (via rotary switch) and short-time operation via the large plate (press) as with the C20?
The Graef universal slicer only works in continuous operation. On and off by switch. It does not have a short-time mode. That was a purchase criterion for me. I see that as a positive.
