Questions about Graef All purpose slicer

The Graef universal slicer only works in continuous operation. On and off by switch. It does not have a short-time mode. That was a purchase criterion for me. I see that as a positive.

Graef only offers the wavy blade for this universal slicer on its homepage. I don't think there is a smooth blade for it. Maybe you can still find one with a diameter of 190mm.

Bruno: No, the device has a plug according to the German standard. However, adapters are easily available (e.g. COOP, Migros), or certainly at Galaxus. I am very convinced of the device.
