Is there any way to test the hoover? I have 4cm thresholds at home. According to the manufacturer, the Dreame X50 Ultra Complete should be able to cope with them. A test at my home has shown that it can't. Now I don't want to order the Dreame and lose 20% of the purchase price when I return it just because it doesn't fulfil the manufacturer's promises. Does Galaxus have a solution?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to test the hoover as it is not on display in our showrooms. However, the discount for a return is at least 10%, not 20%.
