Is there any way to switch off the Bluetooth function? I only want to feed two passive speakers via the AUX input

You can't switch off the Bluetooth function, but you simply can't use Bluetooth. It has two "connections": Bluetooth and AUX 3.5mm.
I sometimes just use the AUX input, which I control via a small mixer.
Please note that the volume of the speakers must be controlled by the external device.
