Is there any way to put the case on the left side of a table without the connectors or glass being on the wrong side? and isn't the gpu the wrong way round in reverse mode?

Hello,
Yes it can be reversed, here's how: https://www.youtube.com/watch
The GPU will be upside down indeed. This does not affect its operating capacity, as various cases are designed so that the GPU is upside down.
