Is there any experience regarding the wear of the grill plate?
With my old oven, the meat stuck to the grill plate very quickly and the plate could no longer be cleaned cleanly.

And do you know if I can buy two of this product (would be cheaper)?

The grill plate is easy to clean and so far there is no sign of wear - I would buy two if I were you. I think the product is really top!
