I cannot currently offer you a heat sink with the required dimensions. Here are two alternatives:

Akasa chipset cooler active (40 mm, 1 x) - The fan can be replaced.

Rs Pro heat sink 8.2K/W, 40mm x 40mm x 18mm, adhesive foil - The marketplace retailer requires a minimum quantity of 7 pieces.
