Question about Smeg 50's retro style with temperature control

Press the keep warm button (on the right of the temperature control lever) for five seconds.

Press the temperature button for 5 seconds until it flashes.
The sound is then switched off.

I have the same problem, the only way I've found is to pull the plug...
