Is there a way to reset the model because I've only had mine for 3 months and now it won't start...?
Remove the battery and check whether the rubber seal of the charging socket closes properly and the battery is fully charged (at the charger). It has already happened to me that no contact was possible. If this is OK, insert the battery and press both buttons together for a few seconds. Then the unit should go into programming mode. If it does not react: send it back, you still have warranty.
