Yes, you can cast to any box running Android TV just like a Chromecast. I've had the box since last year and it works quite well. Just note that Android TV is a different OS than Android Mobile as you have on your phone. The OS has a more TV friendly layout though it feels a bit more dated. And also doesn't have the full Play store available as simply not all Android apps work with Android TV, however most things you'd want on a TV device (Plex, Youtube, Netflix, IPTV apps, etc) are all there.
