Is the wall bracket also suitable for pitched roofs (wooden beams) or does anyone have a better idea?
No. The wall must be vertical. Do a google search. Good luck.

No, this wall bracket is not suitable for sloping roofs. It can only compensate for slopes horizontally, not vertically. To do this, you would have to position the bracket crossways, but I doubt that the screw holes would then still fit the TV screen
