Is the supplied air cooler sufficient to cool the CPU or would it be better to buy an extreme cooler from, for example, be quiet!

As already mentioned, the supplied cooler is sufficient even for light overclocking. But if a whisper-quiet system with massive overclocking resistance is important to you, you'd better install a tower cooler - I use a Noctua and can't hear anything...

The supplied cooler is sufficient, you can even overclock slightly and it would be enough.
