If yes, is all the information available on an android application? Which application?
I am asking you for these details because I ordered a Bresser station and the linked application does not give all the information and is not user friendly.

Yes, there are different websites you can upload your data to. I'm fan of Weathercloud, which doesn't have any app but only web page. An example: https://app.weathercloud.net/d8246725011#current
Otherwise there's weatherunderground which has also an Android app, and then a few others.
