Question about Elite Screens Manual M106XWH

As has already been mentioned, the screen has a very fine, sand-like structure. So far, I have never noticed any shadowing and cannot imagine that it would be disturbing even if it were. This is because the structure is so fine.

the screen is not absolutely mirror-smooth. it has a minimal structure. at a normal beamer distance, i don't see any shadows. when the beamer is too close (closer than 2m), i find that slight shadows are noticeable. i am basically very satisfied with the screen quality! good picture, robustly built.
