Is the screen surround in aluminium silver (like the stand) or in black?

I can only confirm that! I don't regret the purchase at all. Besides, it costs 1485.- at Mediamarkt - without free home delivery.
The front is black. There is a narrow silver rim all around, but you can't see it from the front.
A great TV that I would buy again in a heartbeat.
