Is the repeater only suitable for Swisscom routers or do they also work with Cablecom routers or Netgear? (Normal repeater or brand-dependent)

The Swisscom WLAN Repeater only works with the Swisscom router. I am very satisfied. Thanks to the repeater, we have good to very good reception in all rooms, despite some concrete walls.

I have the latest Swisscom router. The repeater could only be initialised after several attempts, failed periodically and can now no longer be put into operation.
