I assume the product is original, it is labelled as such, whether it is compatible with Saros 10 I do not know. 
The ingredients are : 
Less than 5% non-ionic surfactants, detergent builder, fragrance, colourant, benzisothiazolinone. 
The warning ⚠️ says :
Causes severe eye irritation, Benziso...... may cause allergic reaction, keep out of reach of children and pets etc.
