Is the only difference to the Noctua Nf-a14 Pwm the colour and the price?

Not quite. I bought both versions last week. The fan itself is technically identical to the beige/brown version (300-1500 rpm speed, same air volume and pressure, etc.), but with the Chromax.Black.Swap the cable is only about 1-2 cm long, with an additional extension (about 30 cm). Apart from that, the insulation rubber corners are included in six colours, but only four pieces each - so you *can't* fit all eight corners with the same colour, but have to take at least two different colours (or leave the corners out altogether). Finally, there are four screws for assembly.

The beige/brown version, on the other hand, has a much longer cable and comes with more accessories: a low-noise adapter, a 4-pin Y-cable, and four rubber mounting plugs - as an alternative to the screws, which are also included, without transmitting vibrations. But beige/brown is a ... polarising colour scheme, to put it nicely ;)

As a plain black alternative (only the corners are brown) there would be the NF-A14 industrialPPC-2000 version with 500-2000 rpm or 800-3000 rpm. The blades look the same, but the speed range is higher. You have to know for yourself whether this suits you. Personally: I control the fans with software (that's why PWM). I could still live with 500 rpm, but 800 rpm is borderline for a super-quiet PC. ;)

I would also like to mention the cheaper Redux, which seem to have a different blade shape, and worse air volume and pressure at 1500 rpm, but at least they also have an inconspicuous grey/black colour scheme.

Personally, I probably would have tried the NF-A14 industrialPPC-2000 if I had known that the cable of the chromax is so short and there are too few black corners. I've already installed many of the beige/brown ones, and they're great, but the colour scheme isn't really my thing... and my new enclosure has a window, so the colour suddenly became more important.

Depends, there are different "Noctua Nf-a14 Pwm" with different RPM. This is the new "Chromax" edition from Noctua (here with 1500 RPM), which is distinguished by the coloured, interchangeable vibration pads. https://noctua.at/de...
TL;DR Yes (depending on the RPM, but yes)
