No, only the structure and chair come, it does not include the monitor stand.

No, the monitor stand is not included. Personally, I use this Oplite cockpit in front of my 65-inch TV, because it has 8 castors with brakes. So once I've finished shopping on Xbox or Ps5, I store my cockpit in a corner of the living room. Very practical and very stable.
I'm very happy with this setup. I almost feel like I'm sitting in a car.

there is a plate to adapt the steering wheels yes. Personally, I was able to put the trustmaster 598 with 2 screws already adapted.
