Is the Meshlicious with 4.0 PCI-E also available with a tempered glass panel? Because I haven't found the tempered glass panel separately, or should I buy the one with 3.0 PCI-E and then a 4.0 riser?

This one would be with tempered glass: Ssupd Meshlicious (Small Form) . Exactly, according to the manufacturer, you can then upgrade it with a 4.0 PCI-E riser cable.
