Is the machine delivered already threaded? If so, what colour is already in it?

Hoi and no, you have to do the threading yourself - the thread paths are colour-coded accordingly so that you know where what has to go through - but you still have to get coloured threads and thread them yourself (Gritzner doesn't know what your taste is :) ).
