Question about BlackBerry KEYone

It was constantly written here that we should contact the customer service regarding the delivery date/sales start. Yesterday I called customer service and was told that the device would be in my letterbox today. Today, a friend of mine called again and was told that the devices were not yet at Digitec and that it would still take about 6 days. So I think it's appropriate to ask these questions in this forum, even if they don't belong here according to the guidelines. But consumers want their questions answered. My question now: Do the customer service staff all have the same level of knowledge? When will we receive the device - which was already pre-ordered at the end of February/beginning of March? Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Nothing is certain... Only that today is Friday.
