The Fitbit Versa 4 is not fully compatible with Android 13, especially when certain settings are enabled.
- If you select Google Assistant as your voice assistant on Android 13, there may be problems with the Bluetooth connection between your Fitbit and your mobile. A workaround is to not select a voice assistant or to use Alexa instead.
- There have also been reports of synchronisation issues after updating to Android 13, especially with certain Samsung mobiles. Fitbit is working on a solution, but so far there is no definitive fix for these issues.
- It is advisable to check regularly for updates to the Fitbit app and operating system as Samsung and Fitbit are working on solutions.
