Is the fan compatible with the Maiboard ASUS PRIME Z270-A? The specifications do not state that the cooler would be compatible with socket LGA 1151. Thank you for the information.

Yes, that fits. You just have to make sure that the RAM is not too high, make sure you buy a LP RAM. (Low profile)
