Is the Ethernet port Gigabit-capable?
Good day
Yes, Power Gard Lightning to Ethernet works very well from the mobile phone to the router via cable, unfortunately you can't charge the mobile phone at the same time, although the function would be there at the port.
Great for me, as I no longer have any radiation from the WLAN.
I only bought the part to connect my USB-C headphones to my iPhone 12. Result: Does NOT work. Otherwise, I have not tried the part.
Yes, it works perfectly with my iPad Mini and the Internet is faster than with WLAN.
A Lightning port is capable of transferring data at a speed of up to 480 Mbps, which corresponds to the USB 2.0 standard. This means that a Lightning port is not capable of fully supporting the 1 Gigabit speed (1000 Mbps) that would be required for a true Gigabit Ethernet connection. For higher data transfer rates, as required for Gigabit Ethernet, other technologies such as USB 3.0 or Thunderbolt would be required.
Hello, yes that is Gigabit, but it only works from the router to the mobile phone via cable, using the mobile as a hotspot and giving internet to a PC does not work with it... just for info. Best regards
