Question about Lenovo Legion Slim 7

I also have (had) problems with the keyboard, the screen keyboard and the keyboard on the laptop or externally do not match, but writing is done according to the screen keyboard, therefore most special characters were not correct, e.g. @ had to be entered with alt64. I had to do an update, then it worked except for the key with the exclamation mark, which is still dead. Ps I am not very enthusiastic about this laptop
