Question about JVC KD-DB98BT incl. DAB aerial

Normally (I have the predecessor model JVC KD-DB97BT), the DAB antenna supplied is an adhesive antenna (to be attached to the inside of the windscreen). This is in addition to the existing AM/FM antenna, which is normally already in place and wired. With non-metallised windscreens (air-conditioned windscreens), reception with the windscreen antenna is good enough for DAB+ reception.
With air-conditioned windscreens, the windscreen antenna and DAB reception may be limited (try it out!). At worst, either a separate external antenna for DAB, a combination antenna (AM/FM/DAB) or an adapter (upgrading the AM/FM antenna for DAB+ - I have no experience in this area) can be installed.

I don't know. I haven't installed the car radio yet.
