Question about Wood's SW-38FM
Is the cooling coil on the front-facing side of your Woods dehumidifier separated/held by a white plastic comb? On my old Woods, this part is stuck halfway up on the fins of the cooling coil; on my new one, it lies at the bottom of the drip tray.

The comb is mounted on my SW-38FM on the front lamella arches at half height (photo: https://www.photo-pick.com/online...). There's nothing in the drip tray... :-)
Many thanks! Woods' service wants to make me believe that this plastic part is only for assembly and was forgotten to be removed from my device. Also, on a product photo of the DS36 at Galaxus, the white plastic comb can be seen if you zoom in a bit.
I’ve just fitted the fin. It has two sides; the cooling coil in my WD36 has a few more coils, which are narrower. One side of the fin fits the SW38F well. I’ve secured the fin with cable ties anyway.
Putting the cover on takes a bit of practice, but otherwise it’s straightforward.
