Is the CompuCleaner now supplied with a CH plug or adapter? I thought that was a requirement to deliver the goods with CH plugs, which Digitec has to fulfil in principle?!?! When I read the comments here, this is a long known problem. In Switzerland, the installation of T12 sockets, on which the Schuko (type F) would fit, is generally prohibited and only T13 is permitted. https://www.esti.admin.ch/de/themen/faq/elektrische-erzeugnisse-marktueberwachung/ - See article 1 https://partner.digitecgalaxus.ch/hc/de/articles/360020432120 - Fig. 3: SN 441011 Type 12 Please comment.

Yup, something must have gone wrong with the link.
Anyway, in my case the adapter was included.
I assume that if something is sent from their own warehouse (and these things come from England), then Digitec will include the adapter.
If something is sent directly from the importer (e.g. products from Germany, specifically the Arebos brand), no adapter is included.

And you often see it in the comments "HOHO, there's no adapter included" or "HOHO, why does it come with an adapter?

According to my knowledge, which used to be well-founded... :-) it is like this:
- Either the product must be equipped with a power plug that fits in Switzerland
2p-Euro-plug or 3p-CH-plug
- Or the adapter (e.g. 3p Schucko to CH) must not be removable.

-> The adapter that is supplied or delivered later is NOT removable. You have to try this out...

--> The other option is to cut off the plug and attach a new one, especially with this product, because the power cable has a fabric sheathing (like on old irons). You have to be very careful that it looks nice afterwards and doesn't unravel further.

---->If you had also read the link you posted, it's also there under article 1:
"
At most, a so-called fix adapter can be used with certain foreign plugs (e.g. Schuko plugs). The fix adapter becomes a non-detachable unit with the foreign plug by plugging it in once and must be handed in free of charge.
