is the cable sufficient to fire a 4090? there are only 2x 8pin, but there is an adapter for 4x 8pin included?

According to the specifications, the power supply only delivers 150 watts for an 8-pin PCIe connection, which is only 300 watts with two connections. The cable, however, is praised with 600W. I don't understand how Corsair deals with this...
