Question about Belkin USB C to Gigabit Ethernet adapter

Is the adapter PoE (Power over Ethernet) capable? Respectively, can the connected device (e.g. tablet) also be charged immediately if the network cable already carries PoE?

I only know that the adapter draws power from the smartphone. This is not the case with a normal non-PoE Ethernet connection.
But whether you can charge the smartphone with it, I don't know.
