Is it worth upgrading from the ASROCK AB350 Gaming-Itx motherboard to this one? The Asrock mainboard has no RGB headers, only 2x fan headers and that's too little for me. I also need a bigger mainboard in general with more connectors etc.

There are 2 variants:
1) Buy to benefit "only" from more space and ports.
2) Wait for the new generation or switch to the Threadripper. 
Generally it won't be faster, the board has more than enough connections for fan / RGB. Maybe someone will pay something for the old motherboard...
