The "Kindle 2024 (11th Gen) (6", 16 GB, Matcha green)" version is usually the version with adverts (Special Offers), i.e. it shows adverts on the lock screen and in the menu. The ad-free version is labelled separately as such and is usually more expensive. It is possible to remove the adverts at a later date for a fee.
