Is it the same as the black one at CHF 349, or are some functions missing? Can I get this watch with a white Fluoroelastomer strap? Can the strap be changed easily?

I don't know which one you mean in black, but I think it's the steel version, so not the same. The one mentioned above has a ceramic case and bracelet, which makes it very robust and scratch-resistant. The strap is relatively easy to change.
