is it smart to put a pc with this cpu and the MSI GeForce GTX 1070 Gaming X 8G together?

Take the i5-7600K. It only costs 10 more and has a standard clock speed of 3.8GHz.
If you have the 10.- extra, then buy the i5 7600K if not then also this CPU goes clear...
