Is it possible to use this camera for streaming? In other words, can the HDMI out of this camera be used live when filming to send the video (and audio?) signal to a computer (via a video capture card, of course!)

Helpful answer

Yes no problem, I use it for streaming/webinar etc. You just need an adapter e.g. Lindy HDMI to USB 3.1 Video Writer (HDMI, 15cm)
or
Elgato Cam Link 4K (PC, Mac)

Beware that the micro HDMI cable supplied with the camera is quite short.

As a complement I recommend this accessory:
Sony RM-VPR1 (strings)

Very practical to avoid having to go and adjust the camera if positioned at the back of the screens.

Yes of course it is possible, with an Atem mini from Black Magic for example...
