That is possible. It has a lot of mounting parts and almost endless screws. You should check whether it is possible to use the same pedals for both games, as you will need to tighten some of the hardware. Changing the pedals is time-consuming and tedious. By the way, the part is very heavy.

I haven't tried it, as I already have the Playseat, but with all the mounting parts supplied (beware! the box is very heavy), mounting the racing hardware including pedals is really feasible. However, it is quite time-consuming to change the devices every time, as it is advisable to screw them down, especially for the joystick, steering wheel and pedals. However, if you use the same pedals for the Flusi and the racing game, I don't know if that's possible, then you can mount the steering wheel in the centre in front of you and the joystick and throttle to the left and right of the seat and don't have to rebuild anything. By the way, there are more than enough screws included. Have I already mentioned it? The part is extremely heavy!

I would say yes, but it seems to me that the position for car racing is much further back. With the Boeing seat, you'll be sitting just like in a real car.
The seat is really great and the possibilities are very varied.
