I am a person who never really sits with my back in the backrest while playing.

I usually lean forward slightly, and a reclining seat would have the advantage that my back would still rest against the backrest.

No, that doesn't work. If you adjust the lumbar support correctly, you'll sit perfectly in the chair. I'm familiar with leaning forwards, but it hasn't happened to me since I got the chair.
The height of the monitor is also extremely important...yours may be too low.

No, the chair does not go any further forwards than the upright position. The most you can do is play around with the adjustable backrest cushion.
