Is it possible to set up a WLAN with this device without a SIM card so that devices can connect to each other via WLAN? Internet access is not required.
Not tried, need something like this for home network storage to prevent the internet from listening in. But I can't imagine that this would work, because the network sucks up everything, even if it's a Chinese product.
