Is it possible to put the monitors all the way to the back?
It's possible... if your desk is about 5-7 cm away from the wall, the monitor (Dell 24") projects about 7 cm onto the desk. You can also adjust the height, so you can make full use of the desk.
I installed it today (quickly and easily) and I don't regret my purchase at all.
